Nite nite, sleepy head

For some people, sleep is a luxury thing. Some people can not go to sleep because they don't have a time to do it. Some people can not sleep because they can't (insomnia).

Insomnia, or sleeplessness, is a sleep disorder in which there is an inability to fall asleep or to stay asleep as long as desired.





I was having insomnia too. Sometimes I can only sleep for two hours in a week. And that's not good!


 Take the sleeping pills or go to the doctor, may not be an option for me. Especially with the first one, my friends didn't agree if I did that.


So I have to think another way to get rid this insomnia. This is not good because if you have an acute insomnia, thing that crossed in your mind was "I wanna die" *seriously, I've been there!

It's on my "sleep" playlist every night I plays them at 11 pm and it might only takes 30 minutes for me to sleep. I called it as my music theraphy. It works! finally I can sleep:)))
